Negroni Night at Doughcraft Join us for a special night dedicated to Campari, Italian food, cocktails and music in the heart of Brisbane. For one night only, Doughcraft presents Negroni Night – Negroni Lover’s Club, featuring a five-course Italian dinner inspired by Campari Milano. Kick off the evening with a welcome Negroni on arrival, then settle in for five courses of Italian food while enjoying live DJ beats and a vibrant late-night atmosphere. DEGUSTATION MENU: SEARED SCALLOP Seared scallop served in a crisp savoury waffle shell. VITELLO TONNATO PAN SUISSE Flaky savoury Pan Suisse filled with tender veal and classic tonnato sauce. SPAGHETTI, BEETROOT & GAMBERI Spaghetti with beetroot sauce and cured prawns quenelle. DUCK BREAST ALL’ARANCIA Roasted duck breast with orange sauce and creamy mashed potato. TIRAMISU BEAN Bean-shaped tiramisu semifreddo. Throughout the night, a full Campari cocktail menu will be available to order from the bar, featuring Negroni-inspired classics and signature Campari creations.
